Privacy at a glance
Air Battle Gettysburg is designed as an offline single-player game. The current app version does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking or social-network SDKs.
1. Controller and contact
This policy covers the Air Battle Gettysburg app and these official privacy and support pages.
The controller is the publisher identified for Air Battle Gettysburg in its App Store listing.

2. Information stored on your device
The app stores the following information locally so that your preferences remain available:
- high score;
- selected air corps;
- selected number of starting lives; and
- whether the first-run tutorial has already been shown.
The current battle state, earned awards for the active run and randomly generated fictional pilot names are processed in memory. These fictional names are not collected from real players. The app does not transmit this game information to us.
Local information remains until the app or its local data is removed. Offloading an app may preserve its data. Device or iCloud backups enabled by you may include app data under Apple's settings and terms; we cannot access those backups.
3. Permissions, analytics and advertising
The current app version does not access precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information or motion data. It contains no third-party advertising, analytics or behavioural tracking service and does not sell personal information.
The installed game is playable without a continuous internet connection. Internet access is required for the App Store download, Apple-provided services, this website and any support email you choose to send.
4. Support email
If you contact us, we process your email address and the information you voluntarily provide—such as device model, iOS version, app version, screenshots and a problem description—only to answer and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
For users in the European Economic Area, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns the app contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing support and improving reliability. Messages are deleted after the request is resolved unless further processing or statutory retention is necessary.
Email delivery and storage involve the participating email providers. Support information is not sold or shared for advertising.
5. Visiting these web pages
When you visit these pages, the web server may process technically necessary connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer where supplied, and browser or operating-system information. This is used to deliver and protect the pages and to investigate faults or misuse.
For users in the European Economic Area, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operation, subject to legal obligations.
These PHP pages themselves do not set cookies, start a session, run analytics or advertising, or load external fonts, images or scripts.
6. Apple services and other recipients
Apple independently processes information associated with the App Store, downloads, purchases, updates, device backups and other Apple services under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The app publisher does not receive your Apple Account password or complete payment-card information.
Where necessary, website-hosting and email providers may receive the technical information described above. The game itself does not send player data to those providers.
7. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal information, receive portable data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn for the future.
Contact the privacy address above to exercise these rights. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority, particularly in the country where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. We cannot retrieve information stored only on your device because it is not transmitted to us.
8. Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. As described above, it has no registration, advertising or analytics system. A parent or guardian may contact us with any privacy concern.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app, support process or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
